Objective service issues such as:

Issues not caused by user misuse, including:
violating the provider’s TOS
sharing credentials further
multiple simultaneous logins beyond allowed limits
changing security settings without permission
b. How We Fix It (Priority: Repair → 1-1 Replacement)
We always try to repair first. If repair is not possible, we provide a 1-1 replacement immediately.

2. Refunds
Refunds are the last resort. We issue refunds only if we cannot repair or replace your product within 48 hours after you report the issue.
a. Refund Rules (Only After Repair/Replacement Fails)
Shared Accounts:
If unfixable and no equivalent 1-1 replacement is available within 48 hours → prorated refund based on usage time (daily rate from purchase to report date).
Activation Codes:
If a replacement code cannot be provided within 48 hours → full refund.
Upgrades:
If unfixable and no replacement/alternative upgrade can be delivered within 48 hours → prorated refund.
b. Process & Timing
Refunds processed within 3–5 business days via original payment method (Stripe/PayPal).

3. Returns & Exchanges
